By accessing or using our website and services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
3. Responsibility for Valuables
The Company does not accept the transport of valuables such as personal documents (passports, PR cards, certificates, etc.), jewelry, heirlooms, or antiques (except in pre-arranged cases).
All such items must be packed and transported by the customer.
The Company is not liable for the loss or damage of valuables or documents.
4. Items Not Accepted for Transport
The Company reserves the right to refuse the transport of the following items:
- Hazardous materials, including explosives, gas cylinders, poisons, and other dangerous substances.
- Animals, counterfeit goods, and branded jewelry.
5. Packing of Goods
- Our team uses professional moving blankets, wrap films, and padded covers to protect furniture during loading and transport.
- Additional packing services can be arranged for an extra fee. We provide boxes of various sizes upon request.
- Fragile items such as glassware and mirrors must be packed in bubble wrap and corrugated cardboard. The Company is not responsible for the integrity of items packed by the customer.
- Televisions and monitors should preferably be packed in their original boxes. If unavailable, the Company can provide appropriate packaging upon prior request. The Company is not liable for equipment transported without proper packaging.
- Paintings and artwork must be properly boxed before transport.
6. Oversized Furniture
For oversized items weighing more than 30 kg (including large appliances, gym equipment, hot tubs, fireplaces, and similar items), customers must inform the Company in advance. Additional fees may apply if such items need to be carried up or down stairs.
In cases where large furniture or appliances must be moved through narrow spaces, the Company is not responsible for minor damage to property such as walls, floors, railings, doorways, light fixtures, fans, sprinklers, or other interior features.
This also applies to all flooring types, including carpet, linoleum, hardwood, laminate, and tile.
Such damage is not covered by the Company’s insurance and remains the customer’s responsibility.
7. Elevator
The customer is responsible for reserving an elevator in advance, where applicable.
This helps make the moving process smoother and faster.
If an elevator is not reserved and delays occur as a result, any related claims or penalties will not be accepted.
8. Parking
Whenever possible, customers should secure a parking spot for the moving vehicle near the loading zone.
If no dedicated loading zone is available, parking should be arranged as close to the entrance as possible.
If a city permit is required to secure parking, the customer is responsible for obtaining it in advance.
9. Actual Moving Time
Charges are based on the total time spent on the move — starting from the crew’s arrival at the loading address and ending when the crew completes unloading at the delivery address.
This time includes travel time between locations, which typically amounts to one hour (unless otherwise specified).
10. Deposit and Payment
To confirm a booking for a specific date and time, the customer must pay a 20% deposit as indicated in the quote.
Reservations are made on a first-come, first-served basis, and a requested time slot will be held only after the deposit is received.
Full payment is due upon completion of the move on-site.
Once payment is processed, a receipt will be sent to the customer’s email.
Accepted payment methods: e-transfer, cash, Visa, or Mastercard.
Please note:
- The deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation by the customer.
- The customer may change the moving date once, provided that the request is made at least two weeks before the original date and that the schedule allows it. Any further changes will require a new deposit.
- The Company charges a minimum of three hours of work and one hour of travel time.
- If the crew arrives at the scheduled time but the customer cancels or is unable to start the work for reasons beyond the Company’s control, the customer must still pay the minimum charge plus travel time, based on the hourly rate in the quote.
11. Break Time
For longer moves, the crew is entitled to one 30-minute unpaid break at a time of their discretion.
12. Customer Presence
The customer should preferably be present during both loading and unloading.
If unavailable, the customer may appoint a representative to be on-site during the move.
